Parts Return Policy

15-Day Return Policy on eligible items. Please review your estimate or RFQ for return eligibility.

At RGS we strive to provide our customers with high-quality parts and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a purchased part. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process, please review our return policy below:

Parts Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

Parts must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the date of purchase.


All original accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included in the return package.


Non-Returnable Items:


The following items are not eligible for return:

Parts that have been installed, used, or modified.
Parts damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
Custom or special-order parts.


Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at info@rgaviation.com to initiate the return process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
A return address will be provided for you.


Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned part, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.


Exchanges:

If you need to exchange a part, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
